Pitt is modernizing its Human Resources and Payroll applications by moving to a cloud-based system with a modern, intuitive interface that will support many of the everyday tasks of the University's faculty and staff.
This change keeps Pitt on the upward trajectory of being a leading research and educational institution by being able to provide more robust services to the University community, while continuing to attract, retain, and elevate an exceptional workforce.
What is Pitt Worx?
Pitt Worx is a cloud-based suite of human resources and payroll applications with built-in mobile and analytic capabilities. Pitt Worx provides direct access and accessibility through interactive workflows, real-time notifications, and automated tracking through a less complicated and more efficient interface.
Pitt Worx for You
Submitting a time card? Looking to hire a new team member? All faculty and staff who currently use HR and payroll applications at the University will use Pitt Worx. The new system will streamline and simplify some of the tasks you already complete, leaving you more time to get back to the critical work you do to support the University's mission.
Pitt Worx Education
Our goal is to make learning about the system as easy and interactive as possible. Education will be provided to learn the system's capabilities and how to use it to the fullest through tutorials, demos, videos, and more. Visit our Education page to see all the ways education will be provided.
Pitt Worx for the Future
This system is being designed with the University community in mind. Pitt Worx will be rolled out in phases, by module, beginning December 2018. Throughout this process, we will be communicating often with our key stakeholders--you--to keep you up-to-date on everything Pitt Worx-related.
